Channel 5 where she displayed her Oriental cooking skills, inspiring millions of viewers
across the country to follow her.

Nancy Lam is the only real and genuine TV Cook who embraces her audience with

Heaven & Earth show. Nancy appeared on their first and numerous appearances demonstrating cookery skills and Chinese New Year celebrations. UK Food (now Great Food Live) . Frequent guest with Jenny Bennett. Bonsai TV. Nancy’s knockers had to be weighed and viewers had to guess the weight to be compared to a vegetable. In her case it was the weight of a turnip. MTV. Nancy was invited to watch Jack Ass. She just sat up there laughing at a guy rolling in faeces. This famous laugh was featured in MTV’s opening theme.
Nancy appeared on Blue Peter twice. Nancy appeared on a show on five called “Food Fight “where she had to eat insects. The Salon guest appearance Bloomberg promoting her book ‘Nancy Lam Stir it up’
